1. Change of Mind
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of fragrance products, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind once an order has been completed.
We encourage customers to review product descriptions carefully or contact us before making a purchase.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please don’t worry — we’re here to help.
You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:
- The item received is damaged during delivery, or
- The item received is different from what you ordered
Kindly contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving your order and provide clear photo or video evidence so we can assist you promptly.
3. Easy Claim Process
To ensure a smooth process:
- The item should remain unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
Claims submitted after the stated timeframe may not be eligible, but we will always do our best to assist where possible.
4. Refund Processing
Once your request is reviewed and approved:
- Refunds will be processed within seven (7) to fourteen (14) working days
- The amount will be returned via your original payment method
5. Items Not Eligible
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we are unable to accept returns or refunds for:
- Opened or used products
- Items purchased during promotions, discounts, or clearance sales (unless defective)
